OAKKTREEUNII is a training organisations that helps with career-change mentorship program for people in the United States and Canada who want to become Scrum Masters or IT Project Managers. These include those coming from outside tech. Rather than handing you a certificate and wishing you luck, OAKKTREEUNII focuses on the two things that actually lead to offers: being able to do the job, and being able to prove it in an interview. Mentees arrive from customer service, operations, teaching, healthcare, finance, retail, and many other backgrounds, and each one is guided until they can speak about Agile delivery, sprint ceremonies, stakeholder management, and delivery metrics with genuine confidence.

OAKKTREEUNII’s mentorship program is built for career changers and early-career professionals targeting the modern, combined Scrum Master / IT Project Manager role. If you have transferable skills such as coordinating people, managing deadlines, communicating with stakeholders, but lack the job title, the formal Agile vocabulary, or the interview stories, this program is designed to close exactly those gaps.

Employers increasingly want one person who can facilitate Agile ceremonies and own delivery: timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication. How the OAKKTREEUNII Signature Mentorship Accelerator program works

We do not run group classes because we do not believe every mentee needs the same solution.

We believe every individual comes in with their own unique strengths, weaknesses, and knowledge gaps. For someone to truly succeed, those gaps need to be identified clearly and improved with a focused, personalized approach.

Every new mentee goes through a Knowledge Gap Bridging Pathway, where we build the right foundation. At the same time, our mentors work directly with them to address the specific challenges they are facing.

The journey moves from strong foundations, to applied real-world practice, and finally to interview readiness.

Certifications, salary, and the job market

Certifications such as CSM, PSM, and PMP can help your résumé pass an initial screen, but on their own they rarely produce a job — recruiters see thousands of certified candidates who still can't tell a convincing delivery story.
